88th Annual Meeting & Trade Show – Attendees

The Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Chapter IAEI has determined that we will be holding our 88th Annual Meeting on June 10th and 11th, 2021. We are currently working with the hotel and it looks like we will be able to host at least 150 attendees. Of course, these plans are subject to change depending on how things are progressing with the Covid-19 virus and vaccines.

Thanks to all of you who responded to our survey. The results were overwhelmingly in favor of an in-person meeting. But we do have exciting news for those who wish to do a livestream – We will be livestreaming the entire meeting on ZOOM.

Vendors

For many years the IAEI Rocky Mountain Trade Show has been the premier electrical show in this market. We can honestly say that participation in this show may be the best investment of time and money that you can make in our market this year.

This show has been a good venue for new items, and is a great place to show and promote your company’s latest ideas, as well as to remind folks of your tried and true products.

If you registered for last year’s cancelled meeting and did not request a refund but want to attend this year, please email us at rockyiaei@gmail.com so we can apply last year’s payment to this year’s meeting.

Schedule

    • Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5 PM

    • Vendor setup is Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Thursday from 7 AM to 7:30 AM
