The Rocky Mountain Chapter of the IAEI (RMC IAEI) is committed to protecting your privacy online. This statement discloses the information practices for the rocky-iaei.org website, including what type of information is gathered and tracked, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.

Web Logs and Cookies

RMC IAEI does log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) to give us an idea of which part of our website you visit and how long you spend there. But we do not link your IP address to any personal information unless you have logged in to our website.

Workshop Registrations: We collect personally identifiable Information when you register for one of our workshops. We collect this information to process your registration and to communicate with you about the status of your registration. We may share personal information with third parties necessary to helping us fulfill your order or service request. Registration for a chapter or division event implies registrant consent for sharing of their likeness in event photos without compensation or additional permission from registrants. Registrant name, company and contact information may be shared with event sponsors for promotional purposes.

Contact information: If you contact us, we may keep a record of your correspondence or comments, including personally identifiable information, in a file specific to you. We use this information to help us provide better service in the event you contact us again.

Except as set forth above, RMC IAEI will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on RMC IAEI or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of RMC IAEI and its website, and, (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of RMC IAEI, its website, or the public. RMC IAEI acknowledges your trust and is committed to protecting the information you provide us.
