The Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Chapter IAEI has determined that we will be holding our 92nd Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 20th and Friday, March 21st, 2025.

- IAEI Member $425 (Lodging is not included.)
- Non-Member $525 (Lodging is not included.)
(The non-member rate includes a 1 year membership in the IAEI so you can take advantage of the Rocky Mountain Chapter discounted workshop rate for the next year. This saves you $20 on the current membership rate!! This offer CANNOT be used to renew your membership or update a lapsed membership! Any renewal must be done through the IAEI, not the Rocky Mountain Chapter.)
- Registration at the door will be an additional $25.
- If you register for the live stream on Zoom, you will receive an email with the Zoom “Meeting ID” prior to the meeting start day.
- To receive CE credits, you MUST have a camera on your computer so we can be assured you are attending. No camera – No CE certificate
Education

- You will receive 16 hours toward your required 24 hours of CE hours for electrical license renewal in Colorado and Wyoming.
- Learn from nationally recognized experts in the electrical field. These are people that serve on the NFPA code-making panels.

For many years the IAEI Rocky Mountain Trade Show has been the premier electrical show in this market. We can honestly say that participation in this show may be the best investment of time and money that you can make in our market this year.
This show has been a good venue for new items, and is a great place to show and promote your company’s latest ideas, as well as to remind folks of your tried and true products.

- Thursday: March 20, 2025 – 7:30 AM to 5 PM
- Friday: March 21, 2025 – 7:00 AM to 5 PM
- Vendor setup is Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Thursday from 7 AM to 7:30 AM

- $350 – Includes 1 table.
- $125 for each additional table.
- There is a line on the registration form for an optional donation toward the cost of coffee breaks and the like. We leave the amount of this donation to your discretion. All donations are welcomed, appreciated and encouraged.

- The trade show will be open to participants of the seminar all day Thursday and Friday morning.
- Inspectors, installers and contractors as well as other interested parties are invited to view the exhibits.

- These CE hours are good in Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico.
- Check-in starts at 7:30 AM, class begins at 8:00 AM and continues until 5:00 PM.
