2023 NEC Theory and Calculations Workshop

  • We will be meeting at Pueblo Regional Building Department, Lower Conference Room.
  • These CE hours are good in Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico.
  • Check-in starts at 7:30 AM, class begins at 8:00 AM and continues until 5:00 PM.
  • Lunch will be provided. (Unless, of course, you are attending via Live Stream.)
  • $125 for an IAEI member and
  • $150 for a non-member
  • If you are not a member your extra $25 can be used toward a year-long IAEI membership.
  • With your $25 applied you can get a membership for only $75 at the workshop!!
  • There will be a $25 late fee for registration at the door.
  • You will need to bring your 2023 code book

  • If you register for the live stream on Zoom, you will receive an email with the Zoom “Meeting ID” prior to the meeting start day.
  • To receive CE credits, you MUST have a camera on your computer so we can be assured you are attending. No camera – No CE certificate

  • Motor calculations including several with multiple motors
  • Grounding electrode conductor sizing
  • Supply side bond sizing
  • Sizing of equipment grounding conductor
  • Residential load calculations
  • Auxiliary gutter calculations
  • Wireway calculations
  • Grounded conductor sizing
  • Ambient temperature calculations
  • Feeder tap calculations
  • Pull and junction box calculations
  • Fire pump calculations to finish the day
